It comes with the cinnamon settings tool, which will do all of this. Soon Clem will add the ability to move the panel. Keep up the good work, I learned a lot of my CLI stuff from your videos. It just gets better and better.... One thing that android does is brings the ability to download themes from the market that self install instead of going to different places. I have little java experience but I've made themes and didn't have to go through alot of non sense to make one. And my users didn't have to install a new ppa or guess where to find it.
